Capital Care Inc. is a Residential Services Provider under the Human Care Agreement framework in DC. We operate Supported Living Homes (SLH), Community Residential Facilities (CRF), and Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with Mental Retardation (ICF/MR).
Our residential homes are safe, welcoming community environments where residents receive 24-hour support tailored to their individual needs, goals, and preferences. Our professional staff are on-site around the clock to ensure safety and promote well-being.
